Evan Reynolds founded The Reynolds Company in 2001 to provide strategic real estate solutions for healthcare tenants. He has devoted his entire career to commercial real estate and has completed over 3,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions. Evan’s project experience includes a $40 million office building acquisition and the development of more than 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
Prior to founding The Reynolds Company, Evan led the tenant brokerage and consulting group for a national commercial real estate firm based in Dallas, Texas. His responsibilities included tenant representation, building acquisitions, build-to-suits, project financing, municipal incentives negotiation and consulting.
Evan started his career in 1992 as a management consultant with Grant Thornton in Chicago, Illinois where he assisted in the management of a $650 million real estate portfolio as a member of the firm’s asset management group.
Evan is an MBA honors graduate of the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and two children.

Audrey Cauthen joined The Reynolds Company in 2005. Ms. Cauthen is Senior Vice President of The Reynolds Company and is responsible for lease reviews and negotiations as well as assisting in corporate leadership and operations.
Ms. Cauthen graduated in 2000 from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Following graduation, Ms. Cauthen has worked exclusively in commercial real estate serving many national and multi-national corporations such as JP Morgan Chase, LSG Sky Chefs, Lufthansa, Wells Fargo, Dun & Bradstreet, MCI and Interstate Batteries.
Project sizes range from 1,200 square feet to over 100,000 square feet and scope ranges from land site acquisition to full project development. Audrey resides in Richardson, Texas with her husband Craig, son, Cole and daughter, Katherine.

J. Austin Wheeler is responsible for market research, project deliverables, and overall client and project management.
Austin graduated in 2004 from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications. Following graduation, Austin worked with Keller Williams Realty in Fort Collins, Colorado, focusing on residential investment properties. He then went to work with Slate Creek Development Company developing single-family residential communities on the Western slope of Colorado in Meeker and Steamboat Springs.
Upon moving back to Dallas in 2007, Austin worked for Marcus and Millichap Real Estate Investment Services of Texas as a part of the Fuerst-Maulden Retail Group. There, he focused on selling retail investment properties and placing equity with developers and retailers in order to expand their development needs.

Thomas S. Allen is responsible for market research, project deliverables, and overall client and project management.
Thomas graduated in 2008 from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Business.
While in college Thomas was one of the top agents at Austin City Realty where he represented clients in the purchasing and leasing of condominiums and multi-family units in the Austin area. Thomas also interned with Pinpoint Commercial, an industrial and healthcare real estate investment firm, where he assisted the principals in many aspects of the development process.
Prior to joining The Reynolds Company, Thomas worked at The Tabani Group focusing on leasing its 2.6 million square foot real estate portfolio.

Katie Parker is responsible for market research and analysis.
Katie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications and a minor in Business.
While in college, Katie worked with The Carvajal Group, a real estate and property management firm, where she coordinated the lease execution process, assisted on property management assignments and managed the company’s marketing scheme.

Amanda Childress is responsible for market research and analysis.
Amanda graduated from the University of North Texas in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics.
While in college, Amanda worked in retail management where she conducted market research on product sales trends as well as the competitive landscape of the industry. Amanda also interned at Northwestern Mutual where she worked on comprehensive financial planning services for small businesses.

Trey Hargrave is responsible for market research and analysis.
Trey graduated from the University of North Texas in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing.
While in college, Trey worked in marketing where he conducted research analysis and customer campaigns for an industry leader in indoor air quality. Following graduation, Trey worked with the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas where he helped manage and lead a sports program.
